No. Send a short brief and we reply in writing within 24 hours. A call is available if you would like to talk through the project.
A landing page takes 3–7 days and a business website takes 2–4 weeks. The schedule starts once scope is approved and the required assets and access are available.
Tell us how you want to manage content. We agree the editing setup in your scope and provide a handover. Optional care includes 30 minutes of small edits each month; a custom content system is quoted separately.
You own the code and content we create for you, and control your domain, hosting, and accounts. Third-party software retains its own licence terms.
The 14-day refund window starts when we deliver the first build version. If you reject that version within the window, we refund the studio build fee in full. Third-party purchases are separate. This build guarantee does not apply to monthly care or other retainers.
