Search & Growth

Ranking is no longer one job. Half your buyers still type into Google; the other half ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini and never see a blue link at all. We work both — and we work it daily, not monthly: our search team crawls, audits, drafts and monitors every day, and a strategist decides what ships. You get agency-grade search work at a retainer a small business can actually carry.

What changes for you

  • Rankings for the queries that actually convert, not vanity keywords
  • Your brand named and cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews
  • A technically clean site Google can crawl, render and index without a fight
  • A monthly report in plain English: what moved, what we did, what's next

AI & Automation

Everyone can demo a chatbot. Far fewer can ship one that's connected to your real data, stays inside its permissions, doesn't hallucinate your pricing, and still works on the four hundredth conversation. That gap — between a demo and something you'd let talk to a customer — is the whole job. We build these for ourselves too — the internal tooling behind this studio was written by the same developers who would write yours.

What changes for you

  • Agents that answer customers and qualify leads without supervision
  • Manual weekly processes running on schedule, without being asked
  • Your own documents and data made answerable, privately
  • Every prompt, key and line of code handed to you — the system is yours

Design & Build

From a single landing page to a full SaaS platform with accounts, billing and an admin panel behind it. One of our developers writes the first pass — structure, copy, components, backend, deploy config — and a second engineer reviews, secures and finishes it. That is why a first version reaches you in days and why the price is a fraction of an agency's; it is also why nothing ships that two people haven't read.

What changes for you

  • A site or product that looks current and loads fast on cheap phones
  • A staging URL in week one, so you watch it get built instead of waiting
  • Accounts, payments and admin wired and actually gating what they should
  • The repository, the domain and every key transferred to you at the end

Creator & Content

We've shipped AI tools used by video creators — idea engines, script writers, thumbnail pipelines — and we run growth systems for channels, handling the repurposing, packaging and analysis every day. If you have an audience, the highest-leverage move is usually not another sponsorship: it's a product only you could credibly sell to the people already listening — and we build those too.

What changes for you

  • The production load off your plate and onto a system
  • Packaging and thumbnails tested properly instead of guessed
  • A product your audience actually wants, built and launched
  • Recurring revenue that doesn't depend on next month's brand deal

Care & Operations

Launching is the easy half. Sites rot: dependencies go stale, certificates expire, plugins break, performance drifts, and a security patch nobody applied becomes the reason your Monday is ruined. Our monitoring checks all of it continuously — uptime, vitals, patches, backups — and an engineer acts on what it flags. That is how a plan this thorough costs what a plugin subscription used to.

What changes for you

  • Updates, backups and security patches applied every month without asking
  • Uptime monitored around the clock — we know before your customers do
  • A named person who answers when something breaks, inside a written SLA
  • Performance and Core Web Vitals held at target instead of quietly drifting

Every price is the starting point for the smallest honest version of the thing. After you write in you get one fixed number for your exact scope — in writing, before any work starts. We would rather lose the job at the quote than surprise you at the invoice.

Questions

Before you ask

The ones that come up on nearly every first call, answered here so the call can start somewhere more useful.

Who actually does the work?

Developers on our team. One of them scopes your project, writes it and ships it, and a second engineer reviews everything before it reaches you — that is the whole chain, and there is no account manager in it. We use AI heavily as a tool, the way any serious team now does, and we also build and sell AI agents as a product. Neither of those means a machine delivering your project unsupervised. Our prices sit under agency rates because you are paying for the people building the thing and nothing else.

Can I give you a task that isn't on the services list?

Yes. Describe it in plain words — anything technical that touches your business online — and we'll scope it. If it maps to a service you'll get that price; if it's new we'll quote it; and if the honest answer is that you don't need us, you'll hear that instead.

How much does a project actually cost?

Every service on this site has a public starting price, so you can see the floor before you talk to anyone. After a scoping conversation you get one fixed number for your exact scope, in writing, before any work starts. We don't run an hourly meter that ticks while you wait for a reply.

How long does it take?

A landing page is days. A business website is two to four weeks. A full SaaS product or a mobile app is six to sixteen weeks depending on scope. Every quote carries a real ship date, and if we're going to miss it you hear that early rather than on the day.

Do I own the code and the accounts?

Completely. Repository, domain, keys, accounts and data are transferred to you at handover. Nothing is licensed back to you, and nothing runs on our infrastructure unless you specifically ask us to host it. If we never speak again after launch, you lose nothing.

Why should I pay for a care plan?

Because live software rots. Dependencies go stale, certificates expire, security patches pile up and performance drifts — and you find out when a customer tells you it's broken. A care plan means updates, backups, monitoring and a named person who answers, from $29 a month.

Are the monthly plans locked in?

No. All retainers are monthly, cancel any time with thirty days' notice. Lock-ins exist to protect agencies from their own churn — we'd rather earn the renewal each month.

Can you do SEO for a site you didn't build?

Yes, and that's most of the search work we do. There's an audit first so we know what we're working with, and where the fixes need developer time we can either hand your team specific tickets or implement them ourselves.

How do you charge — fixed price or hourly?

Fixed price for projects, monthly for retainers. You approve a number and a scope before work starts. If the scope changes mid-build, the document changes first and you approve the difference — nothing gets added to an invoice you haven't seen.

Not sure which one

Not on the list? Type it anyway.

Any task you can describe in plain words, we can scope. If the honest answer is the cheaper option, or that you don't need us at all, that's what you'll hear.
